The Executive Director of WAHA serves as the chief executive officer, leading the organization with a strategic and hands-on approach to ensure the smooth operation and continued growth of a thriving adult hockey community. Working closely with the Board of Directors, contractors, and volunteers, the Executive Director ensures alignment with WAHA’s mission while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling and operations, managing contractors and volunteers, developing resources, ensuring compliance, maintaining fiscal and financial health, and reporting regularly to the board to support the organization's long-term success and impact.
